A KDH is a high-roof passenger van, easier on narrow roads and usually cheaper. A minibus or Toyota Coaster carries more people and luggage but is a larger vehicle. We can quote both for your group.
Yes. Every van here comes with its own experienced driver. A proper quote already includes fuel, highway tolls, parking and the driver's meals and accommodation.
