Colombo Airport (CMB) → Elephant Transit Home
From the airport we drive down to the plains of Udawalawe, timing our arrival for the afternoon feeding at the Elephant Transit Home, where orphaned calves are raised for release back into the wild.
- Day 2Overnight in Ella
Udawalawe National Park
An early jeep safari inside Udawalawe National Park, where large herds of wild elephants graze against a backdrop of the reservoir and distant hills. Afterwards we climb steadily into the cool tea country to Ella.
- Day 3Overnight in Ella
Nine Arch Bridge → Little Adam's Peak → Ravana Falls
A full day in the hills: watch a train curve across the photogenic Nine Arch Bridge, stroll up Little Adam's Peak for sweeping valley views, and cool off at the tumbling Ravana Falls.
- Day 4Overnight in Colombo
Colombo Airport (CMB)
We wind down out of the tea country and back across the lowlands to Colombo for your onward transfer or airport drop-off.
